How long does it take to process an order?

Orders can take up to two weeks to process. Each candle is custom made, individually hand poured and labeled. Each order receives the proper amount of attention prior to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with the general timeline of your order so if you are ordering for a gift be sure to add processing time.

How long does it take to ship?

Excited for your candles? Transit times vary but average 3-5 business days from the day your tracking was issued.

All candles in our custom candle shop are final sale because they were made especially for YOU!

Of course! If you don’t want to customize your labels just put “default” on both brand name and scent name fields to display our default brand and fragrance names on your label.
